My Process Fitness is a new fitness brand here to take the world by storm. Priding ourselves on inclusivity, our number one goal is to create premium quality and stylish workout wear and equipment to all. Regardless of age, gender, size, fitness level and more, we want you to have a process that reflects your individuality, and helping you look bomb doing it. We offer a variety of products and services as well as free information and content on our Blog feed, and social media pages. We understand there is no one path, and that it's all about YOUR process.
Who is My Process Fitness?
My Process Fitness began in August of 2020, at the hands of creator and owner, Xaire Holman. Growing up with two parents who worked in fitness and being involved in sports was a big part of her upbringing. Even though this was such part of who she was, Xaire always struggled with her fluctuating weight. Growing up she would go through periods where she was extremely over or underweight and in college this became a more prominent issue for her. Looking for results that she could maintain, she found her way back to fitness. She realized that living a healthy and active lifestyle was the only way to get herself to her goals, but she noticed all the advice she was being given just didn't seem realistic. After many realizations and lots of trial and error she was able to understand there is no one size fits all 'get fit quick' plan. She also realized that results can only be maintained and achieved if it fits the lifestyle of whomever goals it is set for. This is what birthed MPF. Realizing that no matter the starting point, fitness IS for everyone and will always look unique to each person. Xaire then went on to develop custom clothing and equipment that is stylish, long lasting and will help you reach your goals confidently. MPF is here to provide all tools to catapult you in your dream direction!
